What this website is
This site describes the remodeling and general contracting services we offer and shows examples of work we have completed. It is marketing material. Nothing on it is a contract, an offer capable of acceptance, or professional advice about your specific property.
Estimates and quotations
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate becomes binding only when it is issued in writing for your specific project and signed by both parties. Descriptions of our process on this site are how we normally work; the scope, schedule and price for your project are whatever your written agreement says they are.
Timelines mentioned anywhere on this site are general and depend on scope, municipal permit review and material lead times, none of which we control entirely.
Project photography
The photographs on this site are of our own completed and in-progress work. Captions describe what is visible in the photograph. Photographs are illustrative of the standard we build to — they are not a promise that your project will look identical, since materials, structure, budget and the existing building all differ.
Intellectual property
The Ultimate Touch Home Remodeling, Inc. name, logo, project photography and the text of this site belong to us. You may view, download and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. You may not republish, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions. Service descriptions and coverage areas may change.
Links to other sites
This site links to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook and Google, and embeds a map from Google. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
