New construction in the Chicago area is mostly infill: a tight lot, neighbors ten feet away, a village or city permit process with real teeth, and a schedule that has to survive an Illinois winter. It rewards a builder who sequences carefully and shows up every day — not one who subs out the whole job and visits on Fridays.
We build for homeowners putting up a house on their own lot, and for investors and property owners building to sell or hold. Because the same company does our remodeling finish work, the interior of a new build gets the same cabinetry, tile and trim detailing as a high-end renovation instead of builder-grade standard.

Our New Construction Process

Lot review and budget
Setbacks, utilities, grade and what the municipality will allow, checked against the budget before drawings get expensive.

Permit set and approvals
Plans developed and submitted, with revisions handled through the village or City of Chicago review process.
- 03
Foundation to dry-in
Excavation, foundation, framing, roof, windows and exterior envelope — the structure closed up and protected.
- 04
Mechanicals through finish
Rough-ins and inspections, insulation, drywall, then the full finish package: cabinetry, tile, flooring, trim and fixtures.
