Our Restoration Process

Assess the full extent
We open up far enough to see where the damage actually stops, which is usually past where it is visible.

Remove and dry
Compromised drywall, insulation, flooring and cabinetry out, and the structure dried before anything is closed back up.
- 03
Repair the structure
Framing, subfloor and any mechanical or electrical damage repaired and inspected where required.
- 04
Rebuild the finishes
Insulation, drywall, flooring, tile, cabinetry and trim — matched to the existing house or upgraded if that is the decision.
