This policy explains what Ultimate Touch Home Remodeling, Inc. (“we”, “us”) does with the information you give us through this website at https://ultimatetouchremodeling.com. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the free-estimate form: your name, phone number, email address, the town your property is in, the type of work you are asking about, the property type, your rough timeline, and whatever you write in the message box. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.
Our web host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request — as almost every website does. Those logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your estimate request and arrange a time to look at the work.
- To prepare and send you a written estimate.
- To keep a record of the projects we have been asked to quote.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for an estimate.
Who else sees it
Form submissions pass through the service that hosts this website and the lead-management system we use to keep track of estimate requests. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
The contact page embeds a map from Google. If you load that page, Google may set cookies or collect data under its own privacy policy. If you would rather it did not, you can block third-party cookies in your browser — the rest of the page works without the map.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking pixels of its own. The only third-party content that can set a cookie is the embedded Google map described above.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests are kept for as long as they are commercially useful — typically while a project is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices

Children
This site is aimed at property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
