Chicagoland is hard on exteriors. Water gets into a mortar joint or behind a piece of siding in November, freezes, expands, and does it again forty times before spring. Deteriorated tuckpointing and failed flashing are not cosmetic problems — they are how water gets into a wall cavity and starts costing real money.

We do exterior remodeling and masonry work: siding replacement, brick repair and tuckpointing, lintels, chimneys, trim, soffit and fascia, and the flashing details that decide whether the rest of it lasts. We walk the elevation looking for the actual entry point rather than patching the place where the stain appeared.

Scope the repair honestly
Spot tuckpointing where that is genuinely enough; rebuild where the wall has moved past repair. You get told which.

Prep and protect
Landscaping and hardscape covered, staging set, and mortar matched to the existing joint color and profile.
04
Rebuild and seal
Masonry repointed or rebuilt, siding and trim installed with proper flashing and clearances, then final cleanup.
