A bathroom is the smallest room in the house and the least forgiving. Everything happens within a few square feet, water is involved, and a substrate mistake behind the tile will not show for two years and then will show all at once. That is why we treat waterproofing and substrate prep as the real job and the tile as the visible part of it.
We remodel hall baths, primary suites, powder rooms and basement baths — including the plumbing and venting changes that come with moving a fixture rather than replacing it in place. The bath pictured here uses a tiled tub-shower with a hexagon mosaic niche carried through to the floor and a frameless glass panel instead of a curtain.

Tub or curbless shower, vanity size, tile format and fixture finish get decided together — they constrain each other.

Demo, plumbing and waterproofing
Down to studs and subfloor, plumbing reworked, then backer board and a proper waterproofing membrane in wet areas.

Tile, fixtures and glass
Tile set and grouted, vanity and fixtures installed, glass measured and fitted last so it matches what was actually built.
