That includes protection, dust control, shutoffs, careful removal around anything being kept, and hauling the debris off site.

Take it down in order
Finishes first, then substrate, then structure — with temporary support in place before anything load-bearing moves.

Haul and hand over
Debris removed and the space swept and ready for the next trade, whether that is our crew or yours.
